Fue un verdadero placer tratar con esta compañia, todos son muy profesionales y te llevan paso a paso en el proceso de la instalacion de los paneles solares y te mantienen informado durante todo el proceso. Ademas todo el proceso es tal y como te explican desde el principio tal como es sin omitir ningun detalle ni darte informacion erronea. Estoy muy agradecido con todo el equipo de trabajo de esta empresa y los recomiendo al 100%. I am very pleased with Erus Energy. David Hughes (sales representative) was so attentive answering all my questions and made the process simple. Taylor was my salesperson and she was amazing. I was concerned before I met her that I was going to get a sales pitch. I was so wrong! She made me feel like a friend and explained everything at my level, no buzz words that went over my head, just practical information that I could easily understand. She was there for about 3 hours and walked me through everything. She wrote out the math so that I could refer back to it. Everything she promised happened.
Javier and Raffa were my installation team. They arrived on time and were completed so quickly. I was very impressed and they left the area clean. They were so professional as well. Very informative and explained the system. Orlando was my project manager and though I didn't meet him in person, we spoke on the phone and via email often. He provided updates that exceeded my expectations.
Anthony was my commissioning tech. He was early and made sure that SRP did their job to get my solar system up and running. He was informative and professional all the way. When Erus agent visited my house and talked about solar, at first It appeared like any other sales agent. Our conversation uncovered the enthusiasm to green energy investments. They worked with me step wise through all the levels. Their guidance was very professional, realistic, accurate, and knowledgeable. Erus Energy products and staff are unbeatable. Anyone considering solar panels will not go wrong using ERUS Energy.  Working with this company has been a great experience.  Every person I have had contact with has been very professional, helpful and just the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
